近年来城市生活垃圾的成分发生了很大变化,主要特点是垃圾密度降低,可压缩性增加,另一方面,近郊可用来填埋垃圾的场地越来越少,人们不得不考虑在远郊建立垃圾处理场所,运输费用占垃圾处理费用的比例较高,垃圾压缩转运可以很好地解决垃圾运输中的亏载问题,更有效地提高垃圾运载效率,降低垃圾转运频率,节省垃圾运输费用,改善交通拥挤状况和消除清运中的二次污染等,是城市生活垃圾集运的发展方向。本文对生活 移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统 进行了分析总结,在此基础上对所有方案进行选择,结合设计目标最终确定 移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统 为较优方案。针对 移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统 的功能特点,本文对其各大功能模块进行具体分析设计及校核,并对所需液压系统元件进行了详细设计,并研究了中转站所需的液压系统和电气控制系统。

ABSTRACT

In recent years  the composition of municipal solid waste has undergone great changes  the main feature is the reduction of waste density  increased compressibility  on the other hand  suburban landfill can be used to fill the site less and less people have to consider the establishment of garbage in the suburbs Processing  transportation costs accounted for a higher proportion of garbage disposal costs  garbage compression and transportation can be a good solution to the problem of waste transport in the load  more effectively improve the efficiency of waste transport  reduce the frequency of garbage transfer  waste transportation costs  improve traffic Crowded conditions and the elimination of secondary pollution in the clearance  etc.  is the development of urban garbage collection direction. In this paper  the mobile mobile garbage compression station control system is analyzed and summarized  on the basis of all the options for the selection  combined with the design objectives to determine the mobile garbage compression station control system for the better program. Aiming at the function characteristics of the mobile garbage control station control system  this paper analyzes and designs the main function modules of the mobile garbage system  and designs the hydraulic system components in detail  and studies the hydraulic system and the hydraulic system Electrical control system.
